How to disable Aero shake in windows 7

Aero nice shake is a cool feature incorporated in Windows 7.This feature is extremely useful when multiple windows are open and you want to select one of them and make others minimized.In windows 7 You can do this by  clicking on the required window title bar just shake it, come on shake it baby.Now you can watch other windows get minimized leaving your window.You can disable this cool feature using small registry tweak
Steps
Open Windows start menu and type Regedit in Search progams and files box.
In the Registry window navigate to the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

On the right hand side you can see a entry called WindowsArrangementActive change its from 1 to 0 to disable areo shake.
Reboot the system.
